We intentionally design our events with inclusivity in mind, making sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable, and ensuring that everyone gets to play plenty. Bring your friends together for an unforgettable video game event, and we’ll handle the rest. Depending on the games, our capacity ranges between 24–40 people.
Event Packages
We offer three core packages based on the type of activity you’d like to feature at your event. Each package comes with everything you need to enjoy a smooth and seamless gaming experience.
Free Play Package
Relax and enjoy casual gaming with your friends! This package is perfect for those who want to kick back and explore our curated selection of games, no pressure involved. Even in free play, we ensure everyone gets a chance to play plenty.
PRICE: $299 for the first hour, $100 for each additional hour.
Challenges Package
Spice up your event with some friendly competition. We create challenges for your group based on the games of your choice, with custom rules designed for fun. This option is great for groups who want a little more structure but still want to keep things light-hearted. Prizes included at no additional cost.
PRICE: $349 for the first hour, $125 for each additional hour.
Tournaments Package
If your group loves competition, this package is for you! We organize and run a full tournament, complete with brackets, rules, and a format that works best for your group. Whether it’s a one-on-one double elimination or a group of four round-robin format, we ensure everyone gets a chance to play plenty and have fun. Prizes included at no additional cost.

Want to reward your winners? We offer customizable prizes at no additional cost. Let us know what type of prizes you’d like, and we’ll handle the rest. We can also host giveaways if you’d prefer something more relaxed.

All our events come with decorations that are soft, pink, and cute. Let us know if there’s a specific theme you’re looking for and we’ll see what we can do!

- VIDEO-GAME THEMED BAND (Coordinated): Set the atmosphere with a band playing awesome video game tunes.
- CATERING (Coordinated): We’ll work with you to arrange catering options that best fit your event.

LGBTQIA+ Friendly
We encourage attendees to share their names and preferred pronouns through name tags, fostering an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere.
Physical Accessibility
We prioritize venues that are accessible for everyone by helping you pick a venue that if needed has ramps, automatic doors, and designated parking.
Sensitivity Accommodations
We do our best to meet sensory needs upon request. We’ll select the best available venue with appropriate lighting and adjust the event music to a suitable volume when possible. We also provide fidget toys and earplugs to help ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.
Mindful Of Wellness
We encourage everyone to take breaks, stretch, drink water, and walk around, making sure wellness is a priority throughout the event.
Booking Policies
We offer easy booking, simple policies, and rewards for loyal customers so you can focus on having fun.
Payment Schedule
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before the event; otherwise, the event will be cancelled.
Refund Policy
You can receive a full refund of the remaining 75% of your payment if you cancel your event with more than 7 days’ notice. If we must cancel the event for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your payment, including the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with more than 7 days’ notice will not incur a fee. Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice will be charged the full event fee.
Setup & Cleanup
We need between 1–2 hours for setup and cleanup, depending on the complexity of your event.
Rush Fee
If booking within a week or less, there is a $100 rush fee if we can guarantee the event.
Discounts
We offer two kinds of discounts.
- REFERRAL DISCOUNT: Get $50 off your next event if you refer someone who books with us.
- PATREON DISCOUNT: Join our $30 tier on Patreon and get 10% off every time you book an event. You start saving after spending more than $300 on an event, and the discount keeps growing from there!
Holiday Availability
We understand that celebrations can happen at any time of the year, including during the holidays! We are happy to accommodate events on holidays such as Christmas Day/Week and Thanksgiving Day/Week for an additional fee. However, please note that we do not host events on October 31st.
