We Make Everyone Feel Included
We intentionally design our events to be welcoming, accessible, and beginner-friendly from the ground up. We use structured rotations so nobody is stuck waiting forever to play and balance matches so beginners aren’t immediately thrown against pros. We encourage attendees to share names and pronouns through optional name tags to help foster a welcoming social atmosphere. We prioritize accessible venues whenever possible, including locations with ramps, automatic doors, and ADA parking. We do our best to accommodate sensory needs through venue selection, adjusting music volume, appropriate lighting, and cozy event decor that helps create a more comfortable environment for everyone.
We Train our Hosts Well
Our hosts are trained to create welcoming, well-run events where everyone feels comfortable participating. They know the games we play and are trained to help beginners get started quickly and confidently. They consistently ask for and use preferred pronouns while sharing their own to help foster a respectful and inclusive environment. They are mindful of accessibility and respect proper etiquette for guests who use mobility aids. They are trained to recognize and adapt to the needs of neurodivergent people. Our hosts work hard to make everyone feel welcomed.

- VENUE SELECTION: We can help you find and secure a venue for your event.
- DIGITAL INVITATIONS: Custom-designed invitations to send to your guests.
- CATERING (Coordinated): We’ll work with you to arrange catering that best fits your event.
- EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY (Coordinated): Capture all the fun with a dedicated photographer.
- FACE PAINTING (Coordinated): Decorate yourself with face painting, ink tattoos, and glitter tattoos.
- VIDEO-GAME THEMED BAND (Coordinated): Set the atmosphere with a band playing awesome video game themed tunes.
Pricing
Private gaming party packages start at $299 for 1 hour of fun. Additional time can be added for $50 per hour. Most events remain below the typical cost of mobile game truck packages while including a more interactive, fun experience.

Booking Policies
We offer easy, simple policies so you can focus on having fun.
Payment Schedule
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before the event; otherwise, the event will be cancelled.
Refund Policy
You can receive a full refund of the remaining 75% of your payment if you cancel your event with more than 7 days’ notice. If we must cancel the event for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your payment including the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with more than 7 days’ notice will not incur a fee.
Setup & Cleanup
We need between 1–2 hours for setup and cleanup depending on the complexity of your event.
Rush Fee
If booking within a week or less, there is a rush fee if we can guarantee the event. The cost of the rush fee depends upon what we are asked to do.
Outdoor Setup
We are able to setup outdoors, but will reschedule an event if the weather is not favorable.
Holiday Availability
We understand that celebrations can happen at any time of the year, including during the holidays! We are happy to accommodate events on holidays such as Christmas Day/Week and Thanksgiving Day/Week for an additional fee. The only day we do not host events on is October 31st.
Service Area
Events within 30 minutes of Raleigh have no travel fee. Events outside that area may include an additional travel charge depending on distance.
