Our hosts provide live commentary, guide the flow of the event, and encourage everyone to get involved in the fun. Through organized matchmaking, creative challenges / formats, and giveaways, we create an experience that feels far more exciting and memorable than simply playing games at home.
We Make Sure Everyone Feels Included
We intentionally design our events to be welcoming, accessible, and beginner-friendly from the ground up. We use structured rotations so nobody is stuck waiting forever to play and balance matches so beginners aren’t thrown against pros. We encourage attendees to share names and pronouns to help foster a welcoming social atmosphere. We prioritize accessible venues whenever possible, including locations with ramps, automatic doors, and ADA parking. We do our best to accommodate sensory needs through venue selection, adjusting music volume, appropriate lighting, and cozy event decor that helps create a more comfortable environment for everyone.
We Maker Sure our Hosts are Well Trained
Our hosts are trained to create welcoming, well-run events where everyone feels comfortable participating. They know the games we play and are trained to help beginners get started quickly and confidently. They consistently ask for and use preferred pronouns while sharing their own to help foster a respectful and inclusive environment. They are mindful of accessibility and respect proper etiquette for guests who use mobility aids. They are trained to recognize and adapt to the needs of neurodivergent people. Our hosts work hard to make everyone feel welcomed.
What games do you have?
We focus on multiplayer games that you can play together without any Wifi or Internet. We have both modern and retro consoles including the Switch 2, Wii U, GameCube, and N64. Our most popular games are Super Smash Bros., Mario Kart, Mario Party, Rockband, Jackbox Games and Wii Sports. If there’s a particular game you’re looking for, let us know and we’ll do our best to get it.
Where can we play?
We bring the games wherever you want play!
- Indoors: You already have a spot. All we need is space for our games.
- Outdoors: Who says you can’t touch grass and play games at the same time? Give us a 10×10 space and we’ll bring our tent to set up.
- Venue Assistance: Want to play inside, but don’t have a spot yet? We can help you find one. Venue rental fees may apply.
Pricing
Parties start at $249 for 1 hour of fun. Additional time can be added for $50 per hour.

Booking Policies
Payment Schedule
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before the event; otherwise, the event will be cancelled.
Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds
We will cancel your event if you do not pay your remaining balance with less than 7 days left before the event. You can receive a full refund of the remaining 50% of your payment if you cancel your event with more than 7 days notice. If we must cancel the event for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your payment including the deposit. We accept rescheduling events without penalty if we are given more than 7 days notice.
Service Area
Events within 30 minutes of Raleigh have no travel fee. Events outside that area may include an additional travel charge depending on distance.
Outdoor Setup
We are able to setup outdoors, but will reschedule an event if the weather is not favorable.
Setup & Cleanup
We usually need 1 hour for setup and 1 hour for your event.
Rush Fee
If booking within a week or less, there is a rush fee if we can guarantee the event. The cost of the rush fee depends upon what we are asked to do.
Holiday Availability
We understand that celebrations can happen at any time of the year, including during the holidays! We are happy to accommodate events on holidays such as Christmas Day/Week and Thanksgiving Day/Week for an additional fee. The only day we do not host events on is October 31st.
