Depending on the games and event we can support up to 32 players with minimal wait times.

We don’t use a flat fee. Instead, we work with you to structure the event around your goals and capacity. For fundraisers 50% of ticket revenue and 25% of product revenue is donated to your organization and we’ll help you estimate how much you can raise before you book.

We Make Everyone Feel Included
We intentionally design our events to be welcoming, accessible, and beginner-friendly from the ground up. We use structured rotations so nobody is stuck waiting forever to play and balance matches so beginners aren’t immediately thrown against pros. We encourage attendees to share names and pronouns through optional name tags to help foster a welcoming social atmosphere. We prioritize accessible venues whenever possible, including locations with ramps, automatic doors, and ADA parking. We do our best to accommodate sensory needs through venue selection, adjusting music volume, appropriate lighting, and cozy event decor that helps create a more comfortable environment for everyone.
We Train our Hosts Well
Our hosts are trained to create welcoming, well-run events where everyone feels comfortable participating. They know the games we play and are trained to help beginners get started quickly and confidently. They consistently ask for and use preferred pronouns while sharing their own to help foster a respectful and inclusive environment. They are mindful of accessibility and respect proper etiquette for guests who use mobility aids. They are trained to recognize and adapt to the needs of neurodivergent people. We’re serious about ensuring everything runs smoothly so our community can focus on having fun and supporting your cause.

Our library includes a mix of modern and retro party games. If there’s a specific game you want that we don’t have, just let us know. We can’t guarantee a game, but we’ll try our best to get it!

- CATERING (Coordinated): We’ll work with you to arrange catering that best fits your event.
- EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY (Coordinated): Capture all the fun with a dedicated photographer.
- FACE PAINTING (Coordinated): Decorate yourself with face painting, ink tattoos, and glitter tattoos.
- VIDEO-GAME THEMED BAND (Coordinated): Set the atmosphere with a band playing awesome video game tunes.
How A Fundraiser With Us Works
We keep the process simple so you can focus on your community and your cause:
- Step 1 – Tell us about your cause: Share who you are, what you’re raising for, your ideal date, and your estimated group size.
- Step 2 – We design your event: We recommend a structure, games, and venue options to fit your supporters and fundraising goals.
- Step 3 – Invite your community: Together we’ll promote your fundraiser. We provide graphics and copy upon request to use in emails and social media posts.
- Step 4 – Play, have fun, raise money: We run the event and 50% of eligible event revenue is donated to your organization after the event.
