We intentionally design our events with inclusivity in mind so that everyone feels welcomed and gets to play plenty. For approved fundraisers we donate 50% of ticket revenue and 25% of product revenue to your cause while working with your budget and goals. Depending on the games and event we can support up to 48 players with minimal wait times.

Want to reward your attendees? We offer customizable prizes. Let us know what type of prizes you’d like and we’ll handle the rest. We can also host giveaways if you’d prefer something more relaxed. Please note that additional fees may apply.

All our events come with decorations that are soft, pink, and cute. Let us know if there’s a specific theme you’re looking for and we’ll see what we can do!

- VENUE SELECTION: We can help you find and secure a venue for your event.
- CATERING (Coordinated): We’ll work with you to arrange catering that best fits your event.
- EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY (Coordinated): Capture all the fun with a dedicated photographer.
- FACE PAINTING (Coordinated): Decorate yourself with face painting, ink tattoos, and glitter tattoos.
- VIDEO-GAME THEMED BAND (Coordinated): Set the atmosphere with a band playing awesome video game tunes.

We fostering an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere by encouraging attendees to share their names and preferred pronouns through name tags.
Physical Accessibility
We prioritize venues that are accessible for everyone. We can help you pick a venue that if needed has ramps, automatic doors, and ADA parking.
Sensitivity Accommodations
We do our best to meet sensory needs upon request. We’ll select the best available venue with appropriate lighting and adjust the event music to a suitable volume when possible. We also provide cozy decorations like plushies or soft tablecloths to help ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.
Mindful Of Wellness
We encourage everyone to take breaks, stretch, drink water, and walk around, making sure wellness is a priority throughout the event.
How A Fundraiser With Us Works
We keep the process simple so you can focus on your community and your cause:
- Step 1 – Tell us about your cause: Share who you are, what you’re raising for, your ideal date, and your rough group size.
- Step 2 – We design your event: We recommend a structure, games, and venue options to fit your supporters and fundraising goals.
- Step 3 – Invite your community: Together we’ll promote your fundraiser. We provide graphics and copy upon request to use in emails and social media posts.
- Step 4 – Play, have fun, raise money: We run the event and 50% of eligible event revenue is donated to your organization after the event.
