All merchandise is produced, packaged, and shipped by third-party print-on-demand suppliers. We do not manufacture, inspect, or ship these products directly. We rely on our suppliers for quality control and timely delivery.
Product Descriptions and Variations
We make every effort to display accurate product information, but slight variations in color, size, placement, or appearance may occur due to the nature of print-on-demand production. These variations do not qualify as defects.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates provided by our suppliers and may vary due to fulfillment center workload, weather, or shipping carrier delays. We are not responsible for the price of shipping or delays after your order is placed. Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping addresses. We are not liable for undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, all sales are final unless there is a defect or the item received is materially different from what was ordered. If you encounter an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the problem. We will assist in resolving it with the supplier, but cannot guarantee a resolution.
